William Hill and Richard Wollack develop and invest in West Coast vineyards
Wine industry veteran William Hill has broken plenty of new ground in his 34-year career. He has acquired and developed more than a dozen Napa vineyards and launched two Napa wineries: William Hill Estate, now owned by Gallo, and Bighorn Cellars.
