Graceful Redemption
You typically know a wine before you meet its maker. So it was that I happened upon Grace Family Vineyard Cabernet in 1980—and later its eccentric owner—while tasting barrel samples with Caymus' winemakers, Chuck Wagner and Randy Dunn, at the winery in Napa Valley.
