Gentrification has taken an appetizing turn in Culver City, Calif. This town of 38,000, located 4 miles south of Beverly Hills, Calif., once had little other than MGM Studios to lure visitors. But now there's a veritable restaurant row, and the big draw is Fraîche, which opened last year.
