In January, the staff at Eden, the restaurant in the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff, Alberta, discovered that the trophy vertical of their Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence-winning wine list—19 bottles of Pétrus with vintages from 1964 to 2003—was gone, along with two bottles of Le Pin, a 1999 and a 1995.
