South Beach is still Miami's hottest area, but not for dining. Instead, many of the city's best chefs have set up shop on the mainland. First it was rising star Michelle Bernstein with Michy's. Now, veteran Miami chef Michael Schwartz has opened his own place in the sleepy Design District just north of downtown.
