Son of Schramsberg Estate Founder Sues Over Interest in the Napa Winery

Jamie Davies, who founded Schramsberg Vineyards with her late husband, Jack, and pioneered the production of high quality sparkling wine in Napa Valley, is being sued by her son John Davies for breach of a shareholder agreement relating to the family trust.
