
A lively new bistro in San Francisco aims to prove that wine goes best with the food of its homeland. But this isn't France or Italy. The menu uses Australian cooking styles, Tasmanian salmon, Australian beef and New Zealand snapper, and the wines all come from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
