Ohio Curtails Residents' Direct Wine Shipments

New law prohibits home delivery from larger producers

Ohio residents will no longer be able to have certain wines delivered to their doorsteps. On Oct. 1, a new law took effect that prohibits direct sales to Ohio consumers from wineries that produce more than 150,000 gallons (60,000 cases) of wine a year.
