I love to proselytize for Armagnac, but whenever I do, I get a question I hate to answer: "How does it compare with Cognac?" The question I would love to answer is: "Why should I drink Armagnac?" That's easy—because Armagnac offers the adventurous spirits or wine drinker a bold new world of exploration.
