ROMANÈCHE-THORINS, France—"Ten years ago you couldn't buy any land here in Beaujolais," said Pierre-Henry Gagey, the president of Maison Louis Jadot, one of Burgundy's best-known négociants. "Today, probably half of Beaujolais is available for sale.
