Collector John Jorgenson loved his old cellar—except for one thing

John Jorgenson was deeply attached to his first wine cellar, and for good reason—he built it himself. For two years in the early 1990s, the hotel developer spent his weekends in his basement laying antique bricks and installing racks for 2,000 wines.
