Wining and dining takes on a relaxed air in the Rockies
For a town of 6,000 residents, many of whom occupy their expensive homes there only a few weeks a year, Aspen keeps a long list of restaurants busy. The reason, of course, is that the mountain resort draws many times more visitors than it counts local citizens.
