The concept of terroir is fundamental to Burgundy. The distinctive nuances of each vineyard give the region's wines a strong sense of place. A vertical tasting in June allowed me to explore one of Burgundy's top terroir s—Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers—as expressed through the wines of Domaine Dupont--Tisserandot.
