
Dolok Sanggul. The exotic name rolls deliciously off the tongue, and the coffee produced in this remote north Sumatran village does too. I drank some last night after dinner. It's the kind of coffee you savor, feeling its body, giving meaning to that odd tasters' word, "mouthfeel.
