Healdsburg, Calif., has been getting all the press, but Sebastopol may be the next food-and-wine town to watch in Sonoma County now that West County Grill has opened. Chef Jonathan Waxman and partner Stephen Singer have created a space that blends hip urban attitude with western Sonoma's easygoing lifestyle.
