Tastes: New York Hot Spot: The Monday Room

Can you call it a "wine bar" if there is, in fact, no bar? That's the question that comes to mind at the Monday Room in New York. A collaboration between chef Brad Farmerie and wine steward Rubén Sanz Ramiro, the Monday Room is a 25-seat sanctuary for wine and food appreciation located next to Farmerie's Public restaurant.
