Sun Valley Center Wine Auction Slashes Old Record

A man with a sword always gets your attention. The 26th annual Sun Valley Center Wine Auction kicked off its live event by calling Schramsberg Vineyards' Hugh Davies to the stage, where he opened a salmanazar of his Brut Blanc de Blancs 2000 for the winner of the first lot— with a saber.
