Threat of Wine-Bottle Shortage Concerns French Producers

A growing number of French wine producers say they're facing a bottle shortage. The two major glass manufacturers in Europe—Owens Illinois (which acquired BSN-Glasspack in 2004) and Saint-Gobain Emballage—say production problems will be resolved around the time of this year's harvest.
