
Homegrown wines stole the show at the 16th annual Washington Wines Festival, held April 13 in Seattle. More than 220 people attended the event, which raised $169,000 in live-auction bids for the Washington Wines Education Foundation and for FareStart, a local charity that provides job training for the homeless.
