Wine Talk: Grant Achatz
Grant Achatz, 32, is the executive chef and co-owner of Alinea, in Chicago. He enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America right out of high school. After graduating, he worked at Thomas Keller's French Laundry in Yountville, Calif.
