Phylloxera Found in Martinborough Vineyard
The Te Kairanga winery in Martinborough, New Zealand, has confirmed a phylloxera infestation in a vineyard near the winery. This discovery of the destructive louse, an insect that devours grapevine roots, is the first on the southeastern tip of the North Island.
