At first glance, you might think you're in Paris, Milan or Madrid. Buenos Aires looks like a European city with its belle epoque-inspired architecture, narrow tree-lined streets and sidewalk cafés. Sharply dressed men and women stroll by, going about their daily business and catching up with friends.
