Boisset Puts the Screws to Chambertin

Maison Jean-Claude Boisset, one of Burgundy's largest wine merchants, has decided to bottle half its 50-case production of 2005 Chambertin with metal screw caps and half with corks. The move makes the company the first in France to seal a grand cru red with a screw cap.
