Tastes: IN THE KITCHEN with Sam Gugino: Blending In
I puree my soups in a food processor. I don't make smoothies. And I only drink margaritas at Mexican restaurants. So why would I need a blender? As I recently found out, blenders can be used for an unimaginable number of tasks in the kitchen.
