A new generation of chefs is giving hope to a wounded city

On the surface, chef Scott Boswell's Stella! looks like a traditional New Orleans restaurant. The entrance is tucked inside the cobblestone courtyard of a historic French Quarter mansion. The decor is quietly upscale, full of dark woods and elegant fabrics.
