
I've been drinking El Injerto bourbon coffee lately, from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. It's a clean, sweet, balanced cup that won the 2006 Guatemalan Cup of Excellence, and, according to Stumptown Coffee Roaster's Duane Sorenson, it will still be available for a while, even though the beans come from a micro-lot.
