Sweet Spots in the Northern Rhône
In November, I spent two weeks in France's Rhône Valley. Primarily in the Northern Rhône, tasting wines from the very good 2004 vintage, the outstanding 2005 vintage and the promising 2006 vintage. Here are some impressions gleaned from visiting two dozen domaines.
