Rouzaud family buys controlling stake in second-growth château

The Rouzaud family, owner of Champagne house Louis Roederer, has entered into what it calls a "strategic alliance" with the family that owns Château Pichon-Longueville-Lalande, acquiring a majority share in the Bordeaux super second-growth.
