Second Single-Cellar Sale Proves Twice As Nice

A sole collector from the West Coast sold more than $10.6 million worth of wine last January at an Acker Merrall & Condit auction. Not bad, but he decided to come back for more. Over two days in late October, Acker sold more than 2,200 lots from the same cellar for a staggering $24.
