Only one eatery receives three stars in new Michelin Guide

San Francisco-area foodies had to swallow a bitter pill. In October, Michelin, considered by many to be the definitive authority on French gastronomy, released its Michelin Guide: San Francisco, Bay Area & Wine Country 2007 , which provides reviews of the area's restaurants and hotels.
