Wine & Health: Drinking Wine May Not Lead to Heartburn

The unpleasantness of acid reflux can be exacerbated by a doctor's orders to give up wine. But a new meta-analysis of previous research on heartburn, published in Archives of Internal Medicine , found that forgoing alcohol and high-acid foods may not help.
