< Jackson Family Wines, a company of Kendall-Jackson founder Jess Jackson , has made a successful $97 million bid for Legacy Estates Group, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in November 2005. Legacy owns three California wineries: Freemark Abbey, in Napa Valley; Arrowood, in Sonoma County; and Byron, in Santa Barbara County.
