Fine dining joins steaks and barbecue in this all-American town
It's taken a while, but Kansas City, Mo., has finally joined other U.S. cities of its size and importance as an exciting place to dine out. Indeed, it has long puzzled me why Kansas City did not see the surge of fine restaurants other cities did in the last decade.
