Wait and See on 2005 California Cabernet
A preview of the vintage finds elegant and balanced wines, but a large crop could make the year less than stellar

While many producers insist that 2005 will be a sensational year for Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, I'm not so sure given the results of my preliminary blind-tasting of the latest vintage of California's greatest red wine.
