Restaurant wine lockers come with valuable perks

Walk into Rainwater restaurant in Alpharetta, Ga., and you'll immediately notice the wall of mahogany wine lockers towering behind the hostess station. Visit one of Carmen Anthony Steakhouse's five Connecticut locations and you'll want to peek at the bottles stored behind each locker's metal mesh door.
