These family-owned domaines are helping lead Chateauneuf-du-Pape to new levels of quality
In Châteauneuf-du-Pape, about half the production is bottled by négociants, who buy and blend wine from many sources. In recent years, however, many small, family-owned domaines that have been tending vines in the area for generations have begun bottling their own wines.
