Chicago Bans Sale of Foie Gras

If you want foie gras in Chicago, you'd better eat it soon. In late July, the delicacy becomes illegal within the city limits. After much debate, the city council banned the sale of foie gras, threatening chefs with a fine of $250 to $500 for serving it.
