Great old Burgundies are always in short supply, so the opportunity to taste 20 vintages of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti's La Tâche, a grand cru from the heart of Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits region, drew almost three dozen wine lovers, collectors and wine professionals despite the $2,995 price of admission.
