
In March, wine merchants across 30 states launched the Specialty Wine Retailers Association to help them win the same rights that wineries are gaining around the country. Currently, 33 states permit consumers to order wine from out-of-state producers and have it delivered directly to their homes, but only 12 of those states also allow interstate shipments from retailers.
