More Wineries Demand Anything But Cork
The search continues in the wine world for alternatives to the natural cork seal. Recently, producers in France, California and Oregon have joined the hunt. In France, Domaine des Baumard, one of the most esteemed producers in the Loire Valley, has decided to abandon corks entirely.
