Marquis Philips to continue without founding winemakers

The Marquis Philips partnership, which has produced highly regarded midpriced wines from Australia, is over, and the ex-partners are battling in court. The label will live on but without husband-and-wife winemaking team Sparky and Sarah Marquis, who are launching a new brand.
