On a Sunday afternoon in February, in a hushed ballroom at Miami's Hotel InterContinental, Eric de Rothschild led 200 wine lovers through a tasting of eight vintages of Château Lafite Rothschild, the baron's famous and expensive first-growth Bordeaux.
