Historic neighborhoods are now home to a bustling contemporary food scene
As you can imagine, Ben Franklin's hometown is celebrating his 300th birthday this year with gusto, not least at the reconstructed City Tavern (originally opened in 1773), which played host to Franklin and most of the Continental Congress.
