
For history buffs, philatists and wine lovers, there's a new collectible being sold that previously could only be viewed at the Smithsonian Institute's National Postal Museum in Washington, D.C. Five hundred sets of the 1949—1954 Unissued Wine Stamps have now come on the market, and their prices are quickly escalating.
