Mark Gettleman is the first to admit that he gets a bit obsessive at times. A pediatrician from Scottsdale, Ariz., Gettleman was a fanatical golfer, then became a regular at the tables in Vegas and later grew so passionate about coffee that he even roasted his own beans.
