Bronco Denied Appeal on Labeling Law

Mass-market producer Bronco Wine Co. is down to one final long shot in its five-year legal battle with California authorities and the Napa Valley Vintners over a state law banning the use of the Napa name on wines made with few or no Napa grapes.
