Less than three weeks after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, Paul Prudhomme came back to town. The acclaimed chef and spice purveyor, who had evacuated to Pine Bluff, Ark., returned to the French Quarter to clean up K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen.
