A couple of years ago I ventured a prediction: The future of Napa Valley will look more like Burgundy than Bordeaux. I wasn't talking about grapes, but rather the landscape. A plethora of small vineyards and estates have emerged throughout the valley, many hidden in exclusive hillside retreats.
