Courts Overturn More Shipping Bans

Ohio begins allowing out-of-state wine orders; Florida holds off

The barriers to ordering wine online or by mail continue to crumble. In prompt responses to the U.S. Supreme Court decision on direct-to-consumer wine shipping, two federal courts have enjoined Ohio and Florida from enforcing their bans on shipments from out-of-state.
