< Which American wine region has the worst summer traffic? No, not Napa Valley. It's Oregon's Willamette Valley, according to a new study by the American Automobile Association. But wine lovers aren't really to blame for the delays, as highways 99W and 18 are the only routes going from the heart of the valley west to the Oregon coast.
